I had a deeply disappointing experience with this practice that I feel compelled to share. After scheduling a session with them, I was informed through an email from their boss that my therapist would be out for the week. **BE WARE - RETHINK BEFORE CONSIDERING STEPHENS THERAPY ASSOCIATES** I was very intentional when researching a therapist for a family member One of my requirements was to have someone in person for her to speak with because after Covid everything was behind a screen and what this family member needed was in person engagement.
