Clifford’s review is for our neighbors facility and does not represent Stephens Storage. Stephens Storage does not sell insurance nor has never had any employees named Mary and are family owned and operated. We seem to keep getting confused with Storage Rentals of America in which we have no affiliation!
Management takes 4 days to respond to an URGENT message. Nobody informed my lock was changed. I have been paying extra for "insurance", and manager "Mary" blames ME for not going to my storage on a regular basis. I mean if I have to come back to Athens from out of the area just to "check on my storage unit", then why am I paying THEM extra for insurance ? I also wasted $300; Manager "Mary" fully admits she just told me "you could visit your storage unit any hour--even 3 am". I visited it , could NOT get in, and after losing ... read more
