Great place with great management and an especially great maintenance supervisor
Lots of activities and amazing amenities. Very dog friendly. I'm so happy I moved here.
I would recommend anyone to live here it defines luxery. I admit I thought it little ways for me to drive to Wilmington but now I actually love getting away from all the hussle and bussle and being close to topsail and Wrightsville beach/mayfaire area :) One thing i have to say i love the fact of having a salt water pool...which is rare for wilmington.When we first moved in the stephens pointe team really made it an effort to make sure everyone felt at home now I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay ...everything i... read more
