just about all the amenities that are used as a selling point are always either broke, closed, dirty or not replaced. also know you are SOL if there is a weather situation. Nobody to call and NO services available but break a rule and somehow they know and you get threatened
The weekly yoga class is the best amenity ever! Stephens Pointe does a great job with community events. Definitely recommend this apartment complex!
