Stephen's installed a brand new HVAC unit 10-14-2014. Now, almost exactly 2 years later we cannot get them to come out in a timely manner. When we called to set up an appointment we were told they would be out "Monday morning, first thing". After repeated calls and being told "He's on his way" we cancelled and called another business.

They do great work, are quick, efficient, reliable, and affordable. All the personnel are personable and incredibly helpful. Always use Stephen's plu,bing and depend on Josie or Paula at the shop for the right parts!

Use these plumbers. The emergency work they did was great & the price was excellent. BUT when it came time to get an estimate for the insurance company & the work to begin – the owner asked me how to write it, wanted me to do all the jack hammering & digging, and was just an over all jerk. I kept telling him that my insurance company would pay for them to do all the work & he kept telling me that it would be easier if we would do the majority of the work.
