My first exam was thorough and the whole team was knowledgeable and friendly. The dentist hygienist was both very good at what she does and very fun and personable! No painful teeth cleaning - all was done with the utmost care.

It turned out I had to go through a small routine procedure, but felt comfortable to the whole time; I was explained through the whole process, and also received some tips on how to handle the aftermath of the anesthetic. Very minimally invasive, and greatly appreciated!

This was the best dentist appointment I have had in Chicago. The staff are so friendly and welcoming when you enter the reception. During the consultation and exam the dentist is very good at explaining everything he does, and how you can improve. The dental hygienist shows you step by step how to correctly clean your teeth. It was one of the most relaxed appointments I have ever had.

I used to avoid dentists' offices as being unpleasant experiences. I had not seen a dentist for about 10 years when I met some of the Stephens family while on vacation. Upon my return I called for an appointment, and have been returning gladly for my regular cleaning and checkup. The personnel in the Stephens's office are friendly and professional, and my comfort is important to them. I now actually look forward to my appointments. I can't believe I'm actually writing this, but it's all true.
