Bought quite a few cars in my life, but never been treated like this. Most arrogant unprofessional place I've ever tried to deal with. They act like they are the only gig in town. Your trade is worth lowest number possible in KBB but the one I looked is above KBB. Sales manager tried to gives me excuses why it's worth so much more and why my vehicle isn't worth anything!
Just bought a used 2017 Pacifica here and had amazing service. They got us a better rate than our credit union and when we left and had some issues they took care of them all completely! Thank you Jody and Travis for working with us.
Just purchased a 2016 RAM from Stephens Auto. Never been treated with as much respect as I was here. Everything I asked of them they was spot on. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle. The salesman was top notch. Thank you Mr. Jeremy Green.
Went above and beyond to help me out after the June flood. Was able to work with my finance company and get me a vehicle while waiting on my insurance company to pay the other one off. Jody and the rest of the staff were great to work with. Hopefully I'll get the chance to buy from them again in the future. Thanks again for everything.
