I had a great experience with their service department. I had a flat tire and the tire was seized up on the car and we could not get it changed with the spare. We were able to pump air in the tire and get it to Stephens service department in hopes they had the availability to change it. They changed it out for us and didn't charge us anything. When you're in need of help or need help with your car in general, I highly recommend their service department.
Service department is outstanding. I'm in with my company van almost monthly.
Got a great deal on a used Ford Fusion here! The staff was great to work with. We had problems with the vehicle after purchase and things weren’t fixed at first as promised but it’s been resolved and I’m thankful and happy that they took the time and made the effort to resolve the issues with the vehicle.
