Did not ask if I had questions or confirmed treatment plan. Very rushed.
He may be a competent doctor but I will never know. He was in and out before I had a chance to talk tell him what was going on or ask questions. I am going to someone else.
Ten years ago I had a hand injury on my part time job. The employer did not want to pay for it. They sent me to a doctor who said that it could not happened the way I said it did, so they sent me to Dr. Dailey for a second opinion. He examined me and said it happened EXACTLY the way I said it did. He treated me, and I have had no problems since, and the company had to pay for the treatment.
Appt at 11:30. Still waiting. Insisted family wait too for a simple finger procedure. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Would never come back here again!
First appt. He was nice, very professional, to the point. Could have taken more time to make sure I understood directions and ask if I had questions. The facility was very busy however.
He is very direct and addresses the problem
Rude and very short. Did not explain anything. When I asked questions I was given short non answers. I got a cortisone shot in my thumb joint. He didn’t tell me any side affects until after. He handed me a paper. Have a nice day. I barely could drive I was in so much pain.
He doesn't listen to patients. In seconds he said this is the problem, needs surgery. I told him I had a decades old injury in the same area which never healed and caused pain in the same area. Irrelevant, he said. We'll deal with that later. I had to make him look X-rays of the old injury. He looked for 10 seconds and brushed it off. After surgery I asked what to do about the old injury. What old injury he asked. I showed, him. Now he says, I should have told him before. It could be related.
I've been a nurse for 25 years, the worst bedside manner I've ever seen. Evaluated my 14 year old son for a possible torn tendon- did zero physical exam/didn't touch his hand/didn't explain anything
