Diagnosis, surgical and post-op treatment plan thoroughly explained. Surgical outcome as expected and the time frame for recuperation/return to normal activities was quick and uneventful.

My visit lasted 4min and my insurance was charged $270 and I, a co-pay. This visit included him writing his note plus follow-up examination of hand. Two out of the four questions I had were answered as he was standing hand on doorknob, opening door to leave. I was stunned! He was running late, end of day, and appeared rushed. This is no excuse to short or give subpar attention to the patient in front of him. I drove 45 min in snow squalls to see him for my condition. His time is not more valuable than mine, which is somethin... read more

Rude and dismissive. Pretty much walked out as I was asking questions. Made me feel like I was wasting his time.

After breaking my hand in a fall. I saw Dr. Dailey twice-On BOTH visits, I explained that the angle of one of my fingers was NOT normal (& that I used my hands in my work!), but he seemed to shrug it off. He sent me to a hand therapist (who was excellent), & she soon suggested it was healing in a rotated position. Therapy could not fix that. I switched to a different orthopedic hand specialist in the area who immediately suspected the rotation & took me seriously-ultrasound confirmed it. I wasted 9 months in therapy with a r... read more

After reading the reviews, I was apprehensive about my wait time and my visit. Not sure of the personalities of the other reviewers but Dr. Dailey was very pleasant and down to earth. He didn't rush the visit, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with my choice to schedule surgery. My wait time was less than 5 minutes in a packed waiting room. OIP runs like a well oiled machine.

I went to him for dupuytren's contracture of my left hand, the little finger was especially affected. Surgery was 2/28/20 right before the pandemic. Dr. Dailey is the most arrogant physician I ever had the misfortune to meet. I suffered for 3 to 4 months of nerve pain and spasms in the left hand with relief only from hot water soaks. Medication was not helpful. Dr. Dailey responded through his secretary that he never had a patient in so much pain. Visits with him were brief and I felt like he was "blowing me off". The finger... read more

I have never met a more arrogant doctor in all my years. Clearly he made no effort to review why I was referred to him by another doctor at OIP. He kept looking at my X-ray from six months ago and told me my fracture was healed, which is not why I was there. Finally I had to tell him why I was even there and directed him to look at my chart. He was arrogant and would not even give the opportunity to ask questions. Stay away unless you like condescending arrogant a**holes

Was scheduled to see Dr. Dailey for a follow up visit. I initially went to OIP after a fall on my kneecap and an inconclusive X-ray that the NP’s couldn’t determine a break or tear. They insisted that I had broken my kneecap before but was unaware (?). Upon seeing Dailey, he took 5 seconds to glance at my MRI, 10 seconds to look at my knee, and told me that he could drain the fluid and give me a cortisone injection. Oh, and that chunk of kneecap that the NP said was an “old break”, wasn’t - it was new and palpable in my knee... read more
