I highly recommend Dr. Ben Huffard! I am incredibly grateful for the job he did on my meniscus. What stood out with Dr Huffard is that he was confident reading my MRI and put zero pressure on me to have arthroscopic surgery on my knee. His bedside manner was kind, caring and empathetic through the entire process: intake appointment, day of surgery, post-op appointment. Dr Huffard has performed two surgeries on my left shoulder. One was three years ago from a sports injury. He repaired my labrum and torn bicep. The other was two months ago after a car wreck. Both times my shoulder returned to 100%. Dr Huffard is a great communicator and spends the extra time answering all of my questions. I definitely recommend him
I had a shoulder labrum repair in 2021 with Dr. Huffard. I had a torn labrum with a healthy biceps tendon on initial imaging. Weeks after surgery when progress was expected, I was experiencing more pain than before surgery. Dr. Huffard was dismissive of my pain, diagnosing me with frozen shoulder (without evaluating my range of motion), which could take years to heal with uncertain outcomes. Dirk asherman is top notch he’s amazing dr and fun to kid with makes it a great visit besides pain but I feel he has and is still trying to help me be pain free I’m 9 months out it’s still painful but it’s one day and one thing at a time he knows his stuff and I would highly recommend him being a Dr isn’t easy either all staff is been super good and friendly and on top your appointments go right into your chart no lines waiting and well put together I also can call and get right in normally with a emergency visit I just had ... read more

I recently underwent hip replacement surgery with Dr. Rodrigue. He was patient, reassuring both in the pre-op appointment and at the hospital. His practice in Falmouth is a busy one, and the staff very attentive. I want to particularly call out Scott for his manner, knowledge and expertise. I only wish it was easier getting through to the office! It appears that all calls are screened, prompting to leave a message but sometimes you want to someone to answer! Dr. Rodrigue replaced my left hip four years ago and my right hip just three weeks ago. I wanted no other surgeon for the second surgery as my first experience was almost magical. The doctor and his team are skilled, efficient, and professional. On a 5 star scale, I give them 6. Perfection plus.
I went to see him for deep ankle joint pain. He recommended brostrom surgery. Something I know he's recommended to other friends of mine. The surgery did nothing for pain and the pain was worse weeks and now months after surgery. Post surgery I have numbness, spasms and a lot of tenderness. None of this existed prior to surgery. Dr. Rodrigue replaced my left knee in March 2022. I am so pleased with the outcome. My pain was very well managed. My recovery went smoothly with minimal swelling and only a faint scar. I am thrilled with my improved balance and return to flexibility. Dr. Rodrigue has a great team and a wonderful bedside manner. My questions always answered, I felt supported in every way.
