Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Does this pediatric opthalmologist use current and safe equipment? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Was this provider's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality Was this provider's office too loud? Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
