I went twice, called others... and they say that the doctor did not finalize my diagnosis... something as simple as giving me my prescription for my glasses... and the answer I get is that I have to go again once and even more times. playing with people's time and with my eyes. What kind of service is that? there are no explanations when it comes to asking just to go again
Dr. Venoker is thorough and has great bedside manner, he's been taking care of my eyes for the last 3 years, cannot recommend him enough. Oly, who runs the office is the life of that place and will hook you up with some lovely glasses.

Really bad service, staff do not really show interest in helping patients and they hay a bad attitude. I was a recurrent customer, they weren’t able to find the information, and verify my insurance, and all this with an add on of bad manners and zero customer service skills. Will never return to this place. I wish care providers could understand the importance of treating well and with care.
