Not sure what they consider "certified " renowned. I bought a car there, with an extended warranty. So far many warning lights have been found to be disconnected, I have had 2 independent mechanics, and 2 different Toyota dealers tell me I have both front gas struts leaking, and I was just informed I have a tranny gasket leaking???? Really it's a 2010 with 33.333 miles and the extended warranty says none of the leaks are "bad" enough for them to cover. Not a good place to buy. We bought a toyota rav 4 and at that time were told as long as we owned vehicle oil changes would be free for life. Our records proved that. This dealer ship one day said we had to pay and that they never offered free oil changes. They looked it up and then we were told they no longer honor free oil changes. We would aways had our vehicles serviced there. Now because they decided to not to honor an old sales promotion agreement we service our vehicles elsewhere and buy our vehicles somewhere else.
