Had an amazing experience at Stephen’s on Friday. They were so helpful and made it so easy to get me into a car that I could not only afford but feel safe in during the fast approaching winter. My boyfriend recently bought a 2018 Tundra from Stephen Toyota and we can’t thank Boris enough for all of his help! We went looking one Sunday afternoon just to see what they could do for him with trading in two vehicles down to one. He explained both options between buying or leasing and what would work best. This place deserves less then a 0. I will never drop of my car at this place anymore. Worst place ever. This place doesn’t give two shits about the customer or the car. Rude people working in service department. That women Sue should be fired on the spot. Who even hired her ? Every time I spoke with her always an attitude. Never again. Don’t go there ! Simple. WORST PLACE EVER. !!!!
