Out of all the housing organization staffs I have come across and spoken with (or at least tried) of other apartments, The Stephen Smith Towers has been the best one I have found. Their customer support service is excellent! When I called, I spoke with Taina, and she was so helpful, patient and kind-hearted. Called a few times before, and there was never a problem.
