We bought a property and he was the seller agent. Not responsive, missed all the dates. Not very happy how he handled the situation. Very disrespectful.
We liked Stephen so much when we bought our starter home, we went back to him when it was time to upgrade. He and Nick fought for us when sellers got shady or tried to back out of things they'd agreed to do. They really know their stuff and know how to help you find (or build) what you're looking for. 10/10 would go to them again.
