Dr.Ramondino is the best doctor I've ever come across, as noted, he is truly compassionate and cares for his patients. He has made a total difference in my quality of life and helping me become more stable and independent. I do agree with the other review in terms of the office reachability.. in prior years it was so much easier to refill Rx and reach the doctor or make an appt when needed, it also felt more personable at that time where as now you are unable to reach your doctor with updates or questions and the staff takes... read more
Noboby picks up the phone anymore. Dr. Ramandino's a compassionate man who listens well. However,all this back and forth with his office gets exhausting. You can send the staff a message but they're slow to answer. Just getting a refill is becoming a major pain. It can take several days. I'm not sure what the nurse practioner does.
Great Doctor, very caring and wonderful advice.
