Dr Martin is a good doctor. His insurance biller is horrible. I have VSP insurance and they have repeatedly over charged me for services. I have been trying, this time, to have the office reimburse me for an over charge on a co-pay. My appointment was over one month ago and they just filed my claim with the insurance company today (this was told to me by the insurance company). I called and asked that Dr Martin call me. He refused and make his receptionist call me. I finally called VSP today and they are going to reimburse m... read more
