I just changed my primary care physician after an absolutely infuriating experience with the front office. I called to make an appointment and Vanessa, who answered the phone, was unbelievably rude and actually hung up on me. When I called back to ask why, she gave me a ridiculous excuse and acted like it was no big deal. Someone like her has no business working in the healthcare field.
