I've been a patient of Dr. Murrell's for 15 to 20 years. The hygienist has always cleaned my teeth and flossed them during that time. However, the hygienist did not floss my teeth the last two times I came in for a cleaning. Has there been a change in procedure? My hygienist is wonderful. Friendly, caring, careful in her duties, and solicitous of my welfare. Though I don't often have to see Dr. Murrell, I am pleased with the work he has performed on my teeth through the years.
Dr. Silvers and my hygienist Angie were extremely nice and gentle with me. I will recommend them to all of family and friends.

I wish that the office staff was a little friendlier. I just compare this to other offices, they act like they are not appreciated? over worked? maybe they need some donuts? how about a raise? You get the feeling that they are short timers waiting for a better job. You know something is up when you are waiting at the counter and two are huddled up whispering. That is just bad manners. Very professionally run office, customer friendly staff, proficient physicians. Sticker shock on what crowns cost these days, but my teeth are not something to which I would trust a low-bid operation!
