Such a lovely man. And all the staff at OS Poplar office are so kind and sweet to deal with. I have been in this office 3 different times, and each time was a pleasant experience. I am thankful to have them so close.
On my initial visit, Dr. Waggnor was a NO SHOW for my examination. His PA (very nice man) did my initial consultation and examination. My 2nd visit with Dr. Waggnor, as a followup from my MRI, resulted in a 2 HOUR wait time for a 5 MIN visit!! I understand that doctors run behind but PLEASE have the COURTESY to offer an APOLOGY for the long wait time. Sorry, but I would not recommed him.
Dr Waggoner operated on me for arthritis build up in my back causing chronic pain. He gave me my life back, I will always be grateful to him
I had a rupture disk and a friend of mines referred me to Dr. Waggoner. I was scared because of trust issues with doctors in the past. My first appointment him and his staff was very friendly and I felt very secure. I loved his patience with the questions I asked. Even before surgery I asked him can my cut on my back be very neat. He did an awesome job! My surgery was an excelIent success! I can really say this decision picking him for my surgeron was a blessing! He deserves 10 stars from me
He was awesome and his nurses and assistants were very awesome as well. They treated me and cared for me as if it was them who were about to be operated on. I'm very pleased! My procedure was very successful.
Dr. Waggoner replaced both of my Hips. Could not have had a better experience either time. Knowledgeable, thorough , and just a nice guy.
