Dr Waggoner and the OrthoSouth staff are extremely caring, professional and well trained. I highly recommend him.
I have been a patient of Dr. Waggoner since 2016 and recently saw him for neck and back pain following an auto accident. He was attentive and his bedside manner was delightful. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I was satisfied with the treatment he recommended.
I have been a fairly conservative person for most of my life, but after this experience, I will vote for whoever puts doctors like this out of business. I am 8 months into pain and 3 visits deep at Orthosouth. I’ve received very nonchalant “care” despite being in extreme pain 24/7, unable to work, unable to live. This doctor spoke out of both sides of his mouth - told me my herniated disc isn’t pressing on any nerves, while telling me that doing physical therapy will fix my debilitating nerve pain. My mom fell and broke her arm on a Friday afternoon. While we were in the emergency room we were able to book an appointment for Saturday morning using the online tool. Saturday we got the evaluation and cast put on quickly. On Monday night mom had a lot of swelling and pain. I called the after hours line and got a call back. We were able to walk in on Tuesday morning and got excellent service from the physician's assistant and Chuck the cast technician. While Dr. Waggoner is an excellent doctor, I’m annoyed by the repeated requests for me to complete the surveys I habitually ignore. Here’s a tip: if I haven’t filled out the survey, don’t send another one! Or another one after that!
Dr. Waggoner is very kind and takes the time to listen. He is highly skilled yet able to explain medical information in a way that is easy to understand.
Dr. Waggoner has been my go to guy for over 20 years. He always listens intently and does everything he can to make sure I get the best care possible. I will keep seeing him till one of us is gone!!!
Dr. Waggoner is a very nice man and very professional. He listened to me concerning my problem and gave me very helpful information that I could understand about my upcoming procedure. I feel confident that he will do his very best to rid me of the hip pain I am experiencing. I thank God for living in an area where we have many excellent doctors and that is truly a blessing to us who need their care.
