Dr Lavrisa and the staff are always professional, courteous and friendly. Communication, all aspects, is handled extremely well. Dr. Lavrisa and his team are amazing! They are always pleasant and helpful to their patients! The facility is clean and uses current technology to support patient's needs.
I very upset that I have to leave a review like this because everyone working here seemed so polite, even Dr. Lavrisa. As a new patient, I filled out all the forms online prior to going to my first appointment giving my insurance information and when I arrived at my first appointment they made a copy of my Dental insurance card. Well, after having over $500 worth of services in two visits a few days a part, I get an email from the Doctor saying "Because of the limitations that BCBS of Illinois
