Professional and knowledgeable
Dr. Sewell is the best. He is compassionate, empathetic, and genuinely interested in his patients. No matter the issue, large or small, Dr. Sewell takes the time to try to come up with the best treatment plan for his patients, and he is patient and understanding. His manner as well as that of his staff is friendly and caring. Don’t know what I’d do without him. He will respond to questions/concerns via MyChart the same day, usually within hours. Ditto with test results. Great doctor!
I deal with panic disorder and with that, I often get treated like a second-class citizen by medical professionals when I come in with a complaint (i.e. IT'S PROBABLY JUST ANXIETY!) Dr. Sewell listens to my concerns and responds in a courteous and professional manner often going above and beyond for my needs. I fear that if I ever lose him as a doctor, I will be lost and adrift in an uncaring world of medicine.
Dr. Sewell has always been timely, professional and willing to listen and take me seriously. I appreciate his interest in my wife and me. When I had a skin problem, he was quick to test and refer me.
