In 2023 performed eyelid and brow lift surgery on me. The procedure left me scarred and disfigured. His sutures started letting go the first night. The day after the stitches were removed, the incisions over both eyes opened and soaked my pillow with blood. In his office Monday morning, he was not concerned and told me to apply Vitamin E oil. I had eyelid surgery and the results are great! All positive comments from friends and family! I can’t believe how my eyes have opened up! Highly recommend
I saw Dr Laquis for a punctoplasty. I'm 42 and due to dry eyes I have had punctual plugs for the past 10 years, so I'm not new to tear duct procedures. The first appointment he looked at my tear duct for about 30 seconds and then just said I would need to come back for a punctoplasty. No explanation as to what that was, and I had to go home and google it. I do not recommend this doctor. I had surgery in August 2022 and that's where my ordeal began.I keep waiting for my face to return to its place but it hasn't.I went for upper and lower eyelid surgery because I had droopy eyelids and bags underneath, but at 50 years old I loved my elongated eyes and my entire face. Dr. Laquis was able to make my eye look normal after 40+ years of living with a scarred up eye from a terrible car accident. My eye basically died and turned gray and a skin graft on my eye lid that made my eye look awful. He removed the skin graft and removed the eye. The eye lid looks back to normal. My prosthetic is in and I couldn't be happier!! I highly recommend Dr. Laquis, this was a difficult eye to work with and he was excellent!
Love the results of my brow lift. Dr Laquis did an amazing job. He and his staff are efficient and friendly.
Dr. Laquis and his staff are excellent. They explain everything and if your insurance has a question, they are forwarding them the appropriate response. The surgery went well and the advice to Ice often was followed. I saw the same nurse and she remembered me. I recommend this facility.
