Dr Hurlbut is the best neurologist I've had since diagnosis.
No communication
I was very satisfied with Dr. Hurlbut’s quick grasp of my condition and my concerns. He listened to my descriptions and all my questions. I’m happy with his plans of how to proceed and his expertise and manner. I was concerned about the reviews on his office staff, but was overjoyed with them. I have very high standards on customer service and they were great! I dealt with 6 people and they were all very competent, courteous, friendly, and NICE! Great visit.

Dr. Hurlbutt is a great Neurologist seeking to treat the whole patient not just the disease. The doctor who first diagnosed my chronic autoimmune disease constantly put me through test after test, poking and probing, literally at times with no positive change to my symptoms. Dr. Hurlbutt's approach is control the symptoms but don't change something if it's not broken. He doesn't push new or unnecessary medication/treatment I unwanted/unnecessary. Most compassionate Dr I’ve been to. His PA Charles is wonderful Also. They both listen and give you options.
I found Dr. Hurlbut on here about 6 years ago and have been going to him ever since. I was nervous at first because all the other patients in the waiting room were two to three times older than me, but he made me completely comfortable. He's very knowledgeable about current practices and is great at listening to any problems or concerns I have. He is easy going and lets me decide which treatments are right for me. Not pushy at all.
