If you had one interaction with this man you would know that he is a compassionate, intelligent individual who is incredible at what he does. Dr. Hindes went above and beyond my expectations. He drew me a graph on the back of my paperwork so that I really knew what to expect! He is thorough, he is personable, and here's the real finale- he gave me his personal cell phone number in case of emergencies. Hello, I just wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your facility. I'm hoping that this email can be forwarded upward to the owner/manager of this office. I came in on July 4th for an abortion pill appointment. This was not an experience I was looking forward to by any means, but your staff made it as painless as possible. Dr. Hindes is the most egotistical Doctor I have ever been to. Wants nothing more than to hear himself talk. Would not listen to me whatsoever. Without any diagnosis whatsoever, tells me there is almost nothing that can ever be done to treat backpain, and the few options there are, are highly risky. He was outright rude, incapable of listening, and obviously does not like informed patients being a part of their own healthcare. Take your hardearned money and your future elsewhere. just plain terrible would not go again
Staff is incompetent. Took 4 of them to get my heart monitored correctly. One appointment I was 10 minutes late and they turned me away. The next appointment I called to say I was late and they cancelled my appointment and charged me 35.00. The staff is extremely unprofessional. Dr Hindes told me I needed to lose weight. I am 5'4 and weigh 139 ? Kind of rude.
Dr. Hindes was really amazing and personable. He treats you like you are his friend. You can tell that he genuinely cares about you as a person. The environment is very safe, comfortable, and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Hindes to anyone and everyone.
Dr Hindes is the best! I have been seeing him for 10 years now and I would not go to another doctor. He always answers all my questions and makes me feel at ease. He gives me his professional opinion and recommendation regarding my healthcare, however he gives me the option to decide for myself. I have never had to wait too long past my appointment time but given this is a doctor's office, I would expect that. I highly recommend Dr Hindes!
