Dr Hines is caring and compassionate. I'm self pay and he reAlly goes out of his way to meet my needs without breaking the bank.
Dr. Hindes and his staff are exactly the kind of people you hope to have on your side for medical care when you need it. Dr. Hindes is an expert, as well as compassionate & always the consummate professional. He and his staff work hard to provide a safe, clean environment that is both relaxing and comfortable for all patients. The clerical staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

I have been coming to this doctor for years. I have many medical issues and Lilly Juan NP always listens and has been more than helpful. The staff is amazing and friendly. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Hindes was the worst MD that I had in my life. He is always "on the go" and consistently asks other providers to finish the visit for him. The doctor is also pretentious and quickly dismisses concerns or remarks. When you try to reason with him for additional evaluation (e.g., second opinions,) he just ignores you and leaves. He kept repeating that I was taking a certain medicine, even though it was discontinued for months. This leads me to believe that his patient records are not kept in the best order. I see Lily Juan, NP and love her! She takes the time to answer questions and goes over issues thoroughly. This practice is the best I’ve dealt with because the are responsive and follow up when they say they will. The wait time is fantastic. I am extremely pleased with this practice and I’ve been through quite a few due to insurance changes.
Best way to put my experience = I felt cradled in loving, compassionate arms throughout the entire heart wrenching process! The care you will receive at Healthy Futures is professional, polite, gentle, and educational. The staff is so incredibly kind and empathetic! They treated me with the utmost respect.
