Friendly,courteous,patient staff and doctors to everyone. The doctors and assistants are very sanitary and careful in every procedure that they accomplish. If any problem should arise, during a procedure, they know how to correct/repair the problem. (its been said the painless dentist is upstairs- Harold Epstein)( This in a single-story building).

I have been going to Konikoff Dentistry since childhood. Dr. Konikoff is one of the nicest men I’ve ever met. Ingrid is my hygienist and I wouldn’t dream of seeing anyone else. I’m already dreading the day she retires and I have to see someone new, even though I know they have lots of great hygienists.
I had been going to Dr. Konikoff for several Years after my dentist sold her practice. I had my 6 month check up in April. My exam was supposedly good. Two months later I had to have a root canal, two teeth extracted...all lower mouth. I have spent thousands of dollars from my bad experience with Konikoff dentistry. I also had one implant and need another but it is too expensive right now. I will never recommend that practice. Run don't walk from them.
Their entire staff is rude, snobby, and not helpful at all. They are terrible at coordinating call backs and procedure estimates. I would NOT recommend this dentistry to anyone. Their customer service is the worst I've ever had - I get better treatment at a McDonalds! I encourage you to find a better place. Not to mention, they are over priced. NOT WORTH IT!
Dr. K do what he promised the 1st time I step in his office. He took care of my smile. In fact , took care of me family. I always wished for a good smile ,nice & healthy teeth. He made me like a star with my new veneer teeth. I cried after the procedures, I did not imagine this excellent & gleeming teeth. It made me look younger & my confidence boost up at work .
