I had been going to Dr. Konikoff for several Years after my dentist sold her practice. I had my 6 month check up in April. My exam was supposedly good. Two months later I had to have a root canal, two teeth extracted...all lower mouth. I have spent thousands of dollars from my bad experience with Konikoff dentistry. I also had one implant and need another but it is too expensive right now. I will never recommend that practice. Run don't walk from them.
Their entire staff is rude, snobby, and not helpful at all. They are terrible at coordinating call backs and procedure estimates. I would NOT recommend this dentistry to anyone. Their customer service is the worst I've ever had - I get better treatment at a McDonalds! I encourage you to find a better place. Not to mention, they are over priced. NOT WORTH IT!
Dr. K do what he promised the 1st time I step in his office. He took care of my smile. In fact , took care of me family. I always wished for a good smile ,nice & healthy teeth. He made me like a star with my new veneer teeth. I cried after the procedures, I did not imagine this excellent & gleeming teeth. It made me look younger & my confidence boost up at work . Dr. Konikoff has been our family dentist for 11 years and he is simply the best of the best! Caring, gentle, funny and absolutely professional, plus he sings well! If you've been to Dr. K, you'll know what I mean. (-: The staff is great too. I have recommended Dr. Konikoff's office to at least a dozen people. Wish I had a doctor I like as well as my dentist.
Great customer service great dental techs and hygentists. The price is costly (could be the work I needed) but the service is great.
I have been extremely impressed with the entire office staff. Excellent work and very friendly. My son went for the first time when he was only two and now loves the dentist, loves for me to brush his teeth, or anything related to teeth. I even floss his teeth without a flinch or gripe from him. I was also able to take my son with me for my cleanings. I was surprised that they aloud this, they even offered it.
Because of my disability I cannot perform certain home care procedures. Because of this, I was not treated after taking off work to get there and back. I was told to come again another day, and told to try and do what I already told them I simply cannot do physically.
I have been a patient of Dr. K's on and off for 15 years. I had him for a dentist when we were deployed here in 1992, and we left the area for two years and were deployed back to Norfolk and I continued my treatments with him. His personality is outstanding, he cares so much for his patients. Professionalism with a capital "P"!! Dr. K is a great dentist. The facilities are modern and clean, the staff is efficient and friendly.
