The staff was friendly, Dr. Hicks’ nurse was very polite and attentive. Dr. Hicks was great, he listened and took the time to explain what was possibly going on. Didn’t seem to be rushed to get me out of there. All in all good experience.
Always on time seeing you and knows how to listen
Cool and confident. Not well kept. Hard for him to make eye contact. His counsel and advice were spot on . Never smiled. However the GP practice worked me in. I'm most grateful for that.
