We moved to Texas from Ohio and found this wonderful Dr. Trammell. He and his office took special care of my children and myself for many years. One Saturday my youngest son broke his ankle at a soccer game. Dr. Trammell met us at his office. He carried my son from the parking lot into his office. What a wonderful doctor!!
Worst experience. You are aloud only 1 problem each visit. And I didn't have my previous Dr records and Dr. Trammel said that's ok, we'll start over. I was shocked. That's 15 years that he didn't care to see.
Currently on the phone scheduling an appointment with Dr. Trammel. I swore after last visit I would not go back. Schedule hasn't allowed me time to find another Dr. I will update on the latest fiasco. Currently on hold over 4 minutes for a simple office visit because in need my prescriptions refilled.... Stay tuned... Spoke to Ashley, this gem is one of a kind. Customer service skills are nonexistent. First she scheduled me at 4:00PM. Then told me to hold. Turns out I need labs.
