STEPHANIE URBAN-GALVEZ Is absolutely amazing ! She’s the best - very educated and very detailed oriented person when it comes to the baby. She never fails to explain in full detail any information we may need. She gives out great advice and she’s always full of excitement. She is a perfect example of how every pediatrician should be. Im so happy we found her and I recommend her to any and every parent. Thank you so much for being such a standout pediatrician. We will never see another pediatrician.
I waited for 30 min or more on at the lab. The only thing required was to pinch my daughter finger to see her sugar levels. How difficult it can be? Of course everybody was surprise that we waited that amount of time, but nobody did anything. The lady at the lab just justified herself saying that she was the only one at the lab and 5 doc was required her attention. Well, it's not my problem that the clinic has a short staff. The doc apologized for the inconvenience , but I don't see as her responsibility. There is no manager... read more
