We feel very fortunate that this practice was recommended to our family. Dr. Suber provides incredibly thoughtful and attentive care, and her collaborative approach with patients really puts you in the center of your own healthcare. Her team has created a very comfortable environment, no treatments go unexplained, and no questions go unanswered. Love this practice. Followed Dr. Suber from the old clinic and am so glad I did. This is the only physician/practice where I've never once felt rushed. I feel like they take the whole of me into consideration when meeting with me - I am not my diagnosis; I am me. Medicine: you're doing it right!
I have seen doctor Suber for my type 1 diabetes and was very pleased with her. Today my husband saw Britani and we loved her. Both ladies helped get our prescriptions cost lowered with coupons. They really care and we will be back!
Getting in to see someone is never a problem. It's a great place and when I do get a chance to have an actual appointment with Dr. Suber, she spends time with me or my daughter answering any questions that we may have. The problem is their billing. I receive bills in the mail and go onto their website and pay them via online and then continue to receive the same bill weeks later over and over until I email the office and send them the confirmation that I got of paying the bill via online. I love Family Centered Medicine. From the front desk with Nikki and electronic check in (no more filling out paperwork by hand!) to my experiences with lab tech and Dr. Suber. All fantastic! Dr. Suber makes me feel like I am the only patient she has. She sat right next to me and helped me understand every number on my lab results. She took time to discuss each issue I had in a caring, thoughtful manner. I just couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend FCM to anyone looking for a genuine, knowledgable, caring practice.
I love Dr. Suber, Morgan, and the rest of the group at FCM. I followed Dr. Suber from her previous practice and would follow her anywhere. Besides preventative care she helped me when I needed specialists and more in-depth testing etc. She never appears rushed or distracted and always has time to listen and answer all of my concerns and questions.
