Stephanie was amazing, she helped us get the home that checked every box on our family’s wish list, and we have 7 people in our family so it was a daunting wish list. Stephanie helped negotiate a price we felt comfortable with. She made sure we understood every step in the process of buying a home. Stephanie even made sure we had all the contact information we needed to get utilities set up in our new home. It was a wonderful home buying experience with Stephanie’s help.
Stephanie rolled with our specific needs, narrow geographic area to search in, and a last minute good-but-weird financing surprise. Stephanie helped us find a place quickly, but without pressure. She was also very responsive to questions by text and email, instead of trying to move everything to the phone.
Working with Stephanie was amazing, she was very helpful and knowledgeable on all the houses we looked at and I knew right from the start she was someone I could trust to help me find the perfect first home for me, she's also very intentional about working with you even after buying the house, whether it comes to reaching out to contractors and people she knows to help you with home repair, improvements, insurance, all the things.
