I love the staff at Stephanie G. They took an incredible amount of time to help me find a new setting for my engagement ring. I didn't know what I wanted but Stephanie and her staff made it easy and there was no pressure. They mapped my diamond under the microscope before I left it with them and explained in detail about diamonds, platinum vs gold, and pricing. I can't thank them enough for taking the time and caring from beginning to end about me and my sentimental jewelry.
Service here is awful, will never return. Purchased a ring which needed to be re-sized. Stephanie said it would take a couple days but it has been over a month and still no ring. Does not return calls ... finally got a call after calling 3x to check on status only to say that they don't know when it would be ready. Obviously this store does not care about customer service, will never return!
