Personally have not been here for any treatments but have a friend that works here
Super friendly, called to make an appt for the same day and although Stephanie didn't have any availability in the evening, she still worked around my work schedule and waited for me to get there. She definitely went above and beyond to accommodate me in for an appt, knowing I would be arriving a bit late :)
