We have been with STEP for three years now. In that time we've had 4 different doctors. That there is red flag #1. Why can't they keep a doctor? Of the first three, I liked all the doctors, so I decided to give this new Dr Kozac a try. I saw him twice. Both times he said things that I thought were out of line for a doctor. He seems to have a very liberal view of society taking care of your kids, not you. He was definitely not the right fit for our family. My kids have gone here since 2007. We absolutely love Dr. Edralin and are sorry to see him move on! Fabulous nurses and office staff. Highly recommend Step Pediatrics!
Dr. Edralin was the first pediatrician to see my daughter the day after she was born and we followed him to Step Pediatrics. She is almost 11 and he is now my 15 month old son's doctor and I can't say enough positive things about him! He has always taken precautionary steps to ensure my children were safe and healthy ruling out anything serious before taking the next steps. Although the wait and parking isn't always fun -Dr. El-ziam is the best pediatrician we have ever had.
Today was my daughters first visit to Step Pediatrics & I can't say enough good things about your staff & Dr. Purcell! Having to change pediatricians is always nerve wracking, but we had a great experience. We look forward to making Dr. Purcell part of my daughters life for many years to come.
