Dr. Purcell is amazing! We went to her upon recommendation and she hasn’t disappointed us in giving the best care for our daughter. We hit a rough patch of “mystery” sickness and double ear infections and who knows what else...not a fun time for a first time mama and a new baby but she guided us through everything and was safe and effective with her options. Yesterday was our first experience with STEP Pediatrics. We had to change our pediatrician due to insurance changes, so I was a bit worried. From the minute we walked in, all of my worries were washed away. The office personnel are all very sweet and patient, the nurse was amazing with both of my kids, and our visit was with Dr. Wilson. We have been seeing Dr. Kozak for over 5 years and we followed him when he moved to STEP. Our girls absolutely adore Dr. Kozak and we love his honesty and straight forward approach to medicine. We trust him 100% and know that he will always be thorough and answer all of our (many) questions with a smile and positive attitude. The office staff and nurses at STEP are also wonderful and always work hard to accommodate our schedule and urgent appointment needs.
We are so lucky to have found a doctor as kind and knowledgeable as Dr.Kozak. He is always so sweet with my children and they think he is hilarious. The nurses and office staff are top notch and always pleasant. 5 stars for sure!
We love Dr. Kozak and the whole staff! My son has been his since he's been one, before we had a another that was a nightmare I'm glad that my husband and I found this place and all he doctors. And the staff are very friendly. Its the best. We will the patients here for years to come.
All 3 of my girls see Dr Purcell. We have been seeing her for over 7 years! We love this office and all of the wonderful staff from front office to the nurses to Becky the NP. The staff is caring, knowledgeable, accommodating and efficient. BEST pediatrician and staff, hands down! �️
