David did a fantastic job for our newly purchased house. He was super detailed and diligent and uncovered many important findings about our house. He helped us cluster those insights by order of importance and had lots of practical advice of what to fix and how to fix it the best way. We also appreciated his added insights about the building materials used and how to handle maintenance of our house the best way possible. I highly recommend him!!!!

If David is not the best, he would be one of the best in the Home Inspector. He just performed an 11-month waranty inspection for us right before the Thanksgiving, and we are completely satisfied with what he found and the insight/education he offered. We originally had another inspector doing the Home Inspection before we closed our new construction last year.
