Very disappointed! – I am so disappointed! I am getting married this year and wanted to use Stems for my flowers. I met with Allison to give her an idea of what I wanted and everything seemed fine. Fabolous!!! – This is hands down the best florist in the city! My friend lives around the corner and uses them for all her flower orders and things for her house. Gorgeous flowers arranged with care at an affordable price! – I recently went into Stems to ask about personal flowers for my small wedding. I needed bouquets for 4 bridesmaids, my bouquet, 9 boutonnieres and 6 corsages. I told her that information, said I like red roses and white calla lilies, and said she should just do whatever she could with my relatively TINY budget of $500. Poor customer service- unless you are getting married... and VERY expensive! – I like supporting local small business, so when I needed flowers for a photo shoot, I went to Stems. Shana was very nice and said she would email me a quote for what I needed- which she did. Problems started when I tried to follow up with a simple question. Not Your Typical Florist – I got my girlfriend an orchid plant from here for Valentine's Day. Although I went in the week of, planning ahead not being one of my biggest strengths, they were able to accommodate me. The plant was very nice, and is still alive to this day. Simply The Best – There is no where else in the city I will buy flowers from. Everyone is knowledgable & extremely helpful. I know nothing about flowers, yet I always come out smelling like roses.
