Our daughter ordered a arrangement from Stems long distance from LA. They were to be delivered on Friday the 15th of September. She received a text message saying they were delivered but no flowers arrived. The next afternoon they were delivered and the flowers were half dead. The delivery man said they forgot to print out the order and that was why they were late, didn't explain why they were wilted. We will not use or recommend Stems to any body.
