Unreliable and offered poor to no service at ALL. Technician came out to the property on Friday , stated his service supervisor would be in touch . Called there office for the 2nd time today only to talk with the supervisor who had no clue that he was suppose to be calling me back with a estimate . So three business days has been wasted when I could have tried another reliable company.
The responded quickly to my emergency and followed up the next day. Staff was professional and friendly and explained the entire process. Wonderful wonderful customer service and work. Thank you so very much!!!
We had our water service line replaced today using the trenchless method. Stemmle got us on the schedule quickly and did exactly as they said. Very reliable and professional. Meticulous as well. The whole process was quick and painless, and our yard is intact! Will definitely use Stemmle again!

Stemmle and it's employees have been the most professional, respectful of property, and happy to explain different possible solutions and the costs. They have replumbed my house (ca 1847) with modern flexible piping, fixed a number of electrical issues. I would recommend Stemmle without reservation to my closest friends.
Justin was our technician. He was very courteous and thorough. I had a question about something and he called my cell phone several times, left a voicemail, and better yet, kept trying until he actually got to talk to me. Most people would just think that a voicemail was sufficient. I was not only impressed by his work, but I was impressed that he was not satisfied until he actually spoke to me and got my questions answered and problem resolved. Thank you!!
Stemmle solved a plumbing issue for us that no one else seemed to be able to find. The technician (Nick) that came out was terrific. He had obvious pride in his work and worked hard for almost two straight days. Thank you Stemmle for an honest days work.
I want to pass this feedback to others like me that live in a rural area. I've lived in Amelia, Va for almost 30 years and in that time I have found it very difficult to get good repair service at my home. My septic system started giving me problem mid 2016. I contacted Stemmle Plumbing and they came to my house figured out what was going on and fixed it. My house is back to normal once again, thanks Stemmle Plumbing.
