RecommendedProfessional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very quick to respond. The 4 gentlemen who came by these past 2 days as well as the female dispatcher have done a phenomenal job Definitely earned my future business without hesitation.
Not out first time using Stemmle and not our last. Very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. If you need your septic serviced I suggest giving them a call.
We had a clogged line issue, and they came out within 4 hours of our call. They called about a half an hour before arrival and arrived when we were told they would be there. Steve and Ed were friendly, polite, and efficient. They even found an issue that we hadn't been aware of. They let us know where we could find a replacement toilet and what size we would need. We will DEFINITELY call them again.

They could improve by hiring competent employees (especially in the office). The ladies are unprofessional rude and lack knowledge of the tasks they need to perform. Admins, supervisors & office staff are unprofessional/lacking basic knowledge of tasks as well, therefor, creating an extremely hostile immature work environment for other employees and customers. Had a hot water heater issue and Stemmle sent Steve B. out same day for repair! Amazing customer service and much appreciated!
Recently found myself without Hot Water at 6AM........called Stemmle at 7:30a and repairman was at my residence by 9am. Excellent service, repairman (Justin) kept me informed of what he was doing, how long it would take to repair and approximately how much my cost would be. I had hot water within a few hours. NO ONE likes the dreaded 'house call' charge, but Stemmle was responsive to my call and took care of the problem. Highly recommend.
