I went to Stem salon for highlights. The color ended up looking terrible, green and muddy, and way darker than anticipated. Also the back of my head has no highlights. The hair stylist said I should check it in the morning and I could come back if I wanted it corrected. When I called back the next day they told me that I could go in, in 2-3 days to have it corrected, but then they ghosted me for 6 days.
