I went to Stem salon for highlights. The color ended up looking terrible, green and muddy, and way darker than anticipated. Also the back of my head has no highlights. The hair stylist said I should check it in the morning and I could come back if I wanted it corrected. When I called back the next day they told me that I could go in, in 2-3 days to have it corrected, but then they ghosted me for 6 days. Shannon Teyler is the BEST!!! She’s amazing with color and hair extensions. The gals at the front desk are wonderful and always make you feel welcome. The salon itself is so bright and spacious. I’m so blessed to have found them!!

This is the most beautiful salon in Walnut Creek! It’s right in downtown Walnut Creek so you can bounce around and shop and hit the salon all in one day. Elizabeth (the owner) has been doing my hair for 9 years. She is the best in the biz! I have really long and thick hair and she has taken me from black to blonde and everything in between without damaging my hair at all. Everyone asks me if I have extensions and I don’t. This is truly the nicest place to go in Walnut Creek!
