Be careful when you’re paying. Make sure they are not trying to add extra because twice I went there and they wanted to add extra in the total for service that was not done. The last one I asked to do chrome nail and they charge for “cat eye” + “chrome effect” when I saw and wasn’t done no cat eye.. the lady just add a normal color for base and added the powder to do the chrome effect. First, let me say the person that did My pedicure polished My toes very well. However, The water was not hot at all . I paid $55. When it came to the sugar scrub, she just put it on there and rinsed it right off. she didn’t rub it in I didn’t get my foot scrubbed At all. I chose not to get the callus remover. So maybe that means if I don’t get the college remover you don’t clean my feet . 06-11-2026, I was given A 6:00 appointment. I got their 5 minutes to 6:00 ended up waiting 20 minutes cuz the lady was sitting in a spa chair getting her toes done. Half way through I knew I wasn't going to be happy, as I had to keep correcting her mistakes. Which why I opted not to have them painted. Well 4 days later my nail broke. My mother and Nana have been going to this nail salon for as long as I can remember. Over the years, after a few closings and renovations, we remain extremely pleased with the service they provide for us. With the newest expansion of the shop, and the inclusion of immediate access to massage chairs with no extra cost, it feels like a mini spa day with every visit.
