I arrived to this nail salon around 4:45 pm on 2/9/26. The Manicurist, John has the worst attitude. I gave 2 stars because of John’s attitude. The French tip gel overlay was nicely done. However, the 2 stars are because of John’s unprofessionalism. John’s attitude was rude and disrespectful after he questioned me as to how I answered him. I noticed a tech (Danny) had a beautiful set of nails on; so I asked if I could get my nails done like that….. Danny was so polite meticulous and eager to alter the designs that I originally wanted. I love my nails and Danny has gained a customer. 10/10

I had been to this salon a couple of times and it was fine—until I got gel nails. After only 4 days, the gel started bubbling and peeling. I couldn’t go back right away, so I returned on day 6 and asked to have it redone. Instead of standing by their work, they told me I had to pay full price because their “policy” only covers 5 days. When I asked for at least a discount, given that I was a returning client and the gel failed after just 4 days, the manager was extremely rude.
