I've been to this nail salon before and although they are pricier than most they are close to my house so I go back because it's convenient. Every time I go they try to talk me in to something more expensive like gel polish etc... They even asked me if I wanted my eyebrows waxed, my eyebrows are so thin I don't think you could wax them if you wanted to. Today I went in for a pedicure & an acrylic fill. It was $53 total. I went here after reading the reviews b/c I wanted to see for myself what the svc was like. I had a wonderful time. I was greeted instantly and treated very kindly. I also had a great nail tech who took excellent care of me, talked when I wanted and was quiet when I wanted to be. Definitely going back!

Everyone that mentioned the non communication part is correct I have went in there and was the first to speak and say Hello! And they looked at Me like I was crazy.. But other than that the lady that does my nails does a great job but that is it, I'm going to use my translator app next time to say Hello.. they'll really have nothing to say lol.

This nail salon lacks customer service. Employees are rude, impersonable and it's overpriced. Bad customer service = bad customer experience. It's hard to believe a business would open and not make their customers a priority. Very disappointed with this nail salon.

Worst experience in a long time. I wasnt spoken to when i walked in. The nail tech did a bare minimum job. He didnt massage or really moisturize. I asked for red nails with black tips. Very simple. Have had it done numerous times. Instead tech acted like i was an idiot. Two other techs joined in laughing and talking in another language. I left with smeared polish and dry spots on feet. And they charged me $5 extra because of second color. Never again.

I came at 6:30pm on a Saturday and was told to come back at 11 Sunday. I went to diamond nail down the street instead.

I went there on 8/24/14 to try to relax for a mani pedi and was really looking forward to a good massage on my feet and hands. no one said hello when i walked in. when i asked a question about a certain design for nail art, the owners wife had to go ask someone, and then they laughed at what i had showed then and went back and forth in another language while looking at the photo and looking at me. Me and my mother came in and tried to get a mani/pedi before a family gathering. We sat down in our chairs and no sooner had we started relaxing with our feet in the water. Some guy moved me to get my hands done. He took probably an hour and a half on my hands alone. Then I got moved back to the pedicure seat for the worst pedicure I think I've ever had. Not worth the money or the time. Should have driven downtown.

After reading the previous reviews I was unsure about trying this salon. I'm glad I did. It's very clean and nicely decorated. The technicians were friendly and professional. Most importantly they were focused on their customers. I went in for a pedicure and will be back!
