Such amazing friendly staff- it's a great, family felt community! Special shout out to sweet Misty and Michael who made the process so seamless.
They got rid of our package room.😭 So all of our boxes are left on the lobby floor most mornings. I've had a very important package stolen because of this. Also: - I've had my car broken into in the gated parking garage - The elevators get frozen on one of the floors way too often - You aren't able to access the garage from the stairwell. So when the elevators freeze, you have to wander around the property to find another elevator or walk around the entire building to go to the garage entrance manually
They won’t return your “fully refundable” holding deposit, even if you give notice well within the window. I’ve been chasing mine for 3 months with no luck. UPDATE: as of early summer it seems they’ve been under new management, and it’s night & day how much more responsive they’ve been. Alec helped me get the refund I’d been waiting ~5 months for, in a little under a month.
