The new manager, Jayvon, is very professional and attentive. He immediately got to work, and the improvements are already noticeable for the residents. I’m very happy to have someone like him managing the community now! I also want to say that there is a great maintenance team here — Gerardo, Danny, and one other gentleman whose name, unfortunately, I didn’t get. They are all very professional and polite.
I am loving my new complex manager here. The difference is night and day. Between him and their system manager and all the staff I am so glad to be here and be a part of this change. I love living at the Stella.
lots of new improvements going on in the building. staff is handling the influx of questions and concerns beautifully and in a timely matter. new shared space equipment, new ways to hold packages safely, and new ways of parking without people taking your spot! Thank you Jayvon, Misty, and Cecilia for your hard work and making this place a home!!
Jayvon has been nothing but amazing he has been nothing but committed into turning this place around and he is incredibly nice.
