Moved out September 2025 and never received my security deposit back. They kept saying I should expect it within “a few weeks”. Nothing. They eventually ghosted me altogether so by December, I filed a small claim against them, which I won. It is now May 2026 and I still no sign of my security deposit despite winning my lawsuit. These people are so shady.
I honestly don’t even know where to begin—this has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. The complex is FILTHY. The only areas that are ever cleaned are the ones shown to potential new tenants. Everything else is neglected and disgusting. It’s clear they only care about appearances when they’re trying to lease units. We pay for a “luxury” apartment complex, yet for over 3 months one of the elevators has been completely out of service, and now the main elevator is also not working. That leaves the entire building relying on only ONE elevator, which takes about a 10-minute walk to reach depending on where you live in the complex. Updating 5. 2026: This place has continued to get worse. The new manager, Derek, does not answer communication and intentionally doesn't deposit rent checks and then provides a 3-day notice. STAY AWAY!!!!! Updating 8.2024 for new management company Greystar: I didn't think it could get worse. I can't give a zero star review. They have charged me back rent from when the last company left which is illegal. They also put me on month to month even though I signed a lease they emailed me. They will not respond to me or my lawyer.... read more
