I have to say, this was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a doctor/surgeon! Dr. Steinmetz was there to answer any questions or concerns before, during and/or after surgery. I was NEVER treated as a number and only as a person. He was very patient with my postponing surgery more than once, which was crazy on my part.
