I have to say, this was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a doctor/surgeon! Dr. Steinmetz was there to answer any questions or concerns before, during and/or after surgery. I was NEVER treated as a number and only as a person. He was very patient with my postponing surgery more than once, which was crazy on my part. I wish I had done my surgery 2 years ago, which was when I first saw him. He is a very concerned and meticulous doctor. Due to that, minimal scarring will occur.
