My daughter and I always have a great experience here. Dr.Steinmetz and the staff are great with my daughter. I had an issue concerning my daughter over the weekend, and she quickly responded to the hospital page. My only complaint with the office are the hard seats while waiting for my daughter, but that wouldn't stop me from coming back. :)
Great atmosphere. They knew how to make our 2 year old comfortable with having his teeth cleaned for the first time. Everyone was fantastic with him!!
Dr. Steinmetz's office is full of friendly smiling faces! Everyone was very nice and treated my child special. They made her comfortable and excited to be there. Great job!!
Having an autistic child and taking him to a dentist can be a very stressful experience as most parents would agree, but since we have been coming to Dr Steinmetz and her wonderful staff, it has been great. First time our son was scared and unsure what was about to happen but the staff made him feel comfortable. We spent a while there due to him being scared but i must say the second time round, he went in on his own and had his checkup/cleaning all by himself.
